When my children were young, I started using essences with them and five years ago I started training with Sara Turner, qualifying as an Advanced Practitioner and found my true calling.

Over the years, I have added to my skills and knowledge with further training and set up a practice in my garden room based in East Sussex, I specialise in supporting people with natural well-being solutions using essences, reflexology, reiki and rhythm of beauty seasonal skincare rituals

I first came across the Bach Flower Essences purely by chance over 20 years ago.  Taking the essences helped me through a rough patch in my life and started me off on a long and varied journey of self discovery and self healing.

I did a foundation course in Bach Flower Essences and then went on to study with Sara Turner becoming an Advanced Practitioner in Flower & Vibrational Essences.  The journey in between finding essences and working with them was colourful and interesting and brough me to a place of understanding myself and energy that I wouldn't have been ready for when I first stumbled across them.

I have had a life long affinity with both the nature kingdom and the stars and have recently released a small range of essences called "EeeShel Trinity Essences" that have a mix of flower and gem essences and also include some star channelled essences.

My work is based around helping people who are ready to dive deeper into their own personal healing or spiritual journey and supporting them to take their journey to the next level.  I also have an interest in working with people who have high emotional sensitivity, helping them find ways to embrace that part of themselves.

I am a keen traveller and in my spare time love visiting ancient sites and places of energetic interest, having a keen interest in leylines and energy nodes.

Although I worked for many years in the IT industry, I always had a keen interest in complementary medicine particularly the link between the mind, body and one’s health.   My deep curiosity of why people behave the way they do, took me on to study Astrology.     After first using flower essences with myself and my family, this expanded further after completing a two year course in Vibrational Medicine with Clare Harvey.    I now work as a flower essence practitioner and a professional Astrologer.   Combining both my knowledge of astrology and flower essences resulted in writing my book, ‘Centaury for Virgo, Rock Rose for Pisces’

Sharon Keenan

Sharon discovered Flower Essences in 1995 after seeing their profound healing power work on an animal, a cat called Sammy. who received Rescue Remedy. Coming from a very scientific background as an Archaeologist she had been highly sceptical of how anything as ‘non-physical’ as an Essence could work, until she saw this with her own eyes.

She has been working with Essences ever since, having trained with Essence Producers from all over the world, and loves helping others learn how to co-create their own Essences too.

Sharon is an Advanced Practitioner and Tutor Member, as well as a Lecturer in Anatomy & Physiology, Aromatherapy & Reflexology. She is also a Self Help Practitioner and Emotional Resilience Trainer.

She describes herself as a ‘Nature Advocate’ and has developed a range of Essences called EarthSong Essences which help bring us back in tune with ourselves, each other and The Earth.

She is Founder of ‘The Energy Recovery Programme’ a Natural Health System using Essences and Acupressure to regenerate and sustain health and sees Essences as ‘Nature Transfusions’ and is passionate about helping others connect with them as tools as part of a Regenerative Culture.  Her other main passion is Community Singing and she enjoys singing in Natural Voice Choirs for fun and to energise social change as a Peace & Environmental Activist.
